- Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly.

- We offer shipping to the lower 48 states.
- Available shipping methods may vary based on the delivery location.
3. Shipping Rates:
- $99, Flat Rate Shipping is available for all products.
- Customers can view shipping costs before finalizing their purchase during the checkout process.
4. Shipment Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking information.
- Tracking can also be accessed via the order status page accessible on your Hit List account.
5. Shipping Destinations:
- We currently offer shipping within the continental United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service.
6. Delivery Time:
- Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. Undeliverable Packages:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Shipping Carrier:

- In the event of any issues during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Return Policy
- Any product we manufacture is built to last, so if there is something that isn't working for you, we will make it right. Please do not hesitate to call and ask for assistance if you ever experience any issues with our products.
- If you're product is damaged during shipping, please contact us, we will send a call tag to collect the damaged product, then replace the product, or refund you once the product is returned.
- Any and all issues or return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of product. Returns or issues reported after this time frame may be voided at the discretion of Hit List Feeders.
- If you ordered the wrong product and would like to return it for a refund, that is not a problem, but the product must be unopened or undamaged and sent back to us within 10 days of receipt. We will not send a call tag for products ordered in customer error.
